If you don't plan to serve them immediately, you can refrigerate them for up to 4 days in their wrappers. Then remove and peel off the paper if you plan to serve them immediately. Let the cheesecakes cool completely in the pan. Note: When you bake the cookie cups, you will have leftover cookie dough that you can use to make tiny peanut butter cookies. Peanut butter lovers will go nuts with this combination!
